So much of this book went whoosh over my head, but I still find the subject interesting, so I continue to read books like this. My hope is that more and more sinks in each time.

It felt like it took way too long to get to the point in this book. I get it because who knows what the person reading the book understands before they read it. But it covers a lot of familiar ground for me, and I get annoyed when we start getting biographical information about the scientists. I’m not here for that!

So at first it was really hard to listen to, but then I realised I'm trying to listen so hard that I'll suddenly know physics just from the one audiobook. When I let go of that, it became much more manageable.

It was also made easier by me having listened to episodes of the authors podcast, so some of the physics ideas, some of the physicists histories were not new to me.

It's still a hard pop sci book, in my opinion, in the sense of "hard" that it does contain quite a bit of science. If I can manage, I might re-listen a couple of chapters that I don't feel like I got at all the first time around.

If there's a cool pop-sci book written by a QBist, feel free to recommend it to me.
