I am going to keep it on my desk.
While I am not running my own thing yet, I do some stuff around startups and the distilled knowledge listed in that book is very useful.
Be it market type, retention or idea validation - it has a go-to playbook for you.
Use it cover to cover, apply it all to the reality you exist in today.
This book can't be 'read', it is a learning experience one should apply.
I omitted some things as these aren't that useful for me now but overall this book is a solid handover for every founder (startup or not).
