And that even if you trust each other a conflict is not avoidable, but conflicts help the team grow. Everyone should commit to be a member of the team and if someone forgets about that, other team members are there to hold him accountable. At the end you need to have passion for results because that's your team goal. Lencioni has a good example, think of a football team, at the end the team wins and not one individual player.
