Review of 'The Maze of Bones (The 39 Clues, #1)' on 'Goodreads'

This is actually a book for gradeschool kids, although I really don't see it being standard for fourth or fifth graders to read such an in-depth chapter book. But I actually enjoy reading children's books every now and then. It's a little refreshing not to have the bad language and dark personalities – although, there are plenty of dark personalities here! I think the primary thing about this as a children's book is the emphasis on learning and the basic knowledge that you get in grade school!
The plot is entertaining and enthralling despite the fact that it's totally unrealistic :-). Of course, unrealistic plots are standard fare in all age groups! I'm having fun.
