The Loneliest Girl in the Universe

This book is heavy. It starts out in this really cute and somewhat relatable way where even though I've never been the only person for lightyears, I went "we've all been Romy" a lot. Then Romy's world narrows down in this really grim way. And... at a few points I thought I didn't like parts of the story, but then I was always surprised. I like the ending but also feel a need to know how it all continues.

I bought this book on a whim, and it did not disappoint - this is an entertaining read for sure, and it's NOT a sci fi teen romance.
