Covey books are always insightful ([b:The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change|36072|The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Powerful Lessons in Personal Change|Stephen R. I found most of the discussions contributed meaningfully to topics I've pondered over the years and repaired many of the loose strands of thoughts and values that are floating around my mind. In particular I enjoyed his sections on balance, and on the interdependent paradism (reminding the reader that people and relationships should float to the top of the priority list). A read I recommend to parents as well as project-managers.
