I found this book super easy to read, and easy to enjoy. It walks you through the "history" of Canada since the time the first non native people arrived, going from map to map starting with the vikings and ending just before Confederation of Canada. I learned a lot about the various charismatic figures who were instrumental in mapping out the land and the stories of their adventures.
