Review of 'Perennial seller' on 'Storygraph'

Taking a drawdown period - time to just think and slience all distractions - was the most important idea or piece of advice that I got from this. Holiday offers a ton of good advice that has mostly been said in one way or another - want to be a writer - start writing. Writers give their work to an editor not to friends to get paid, great products sell themselves no marketing can make up for crappy products, make something built to last. It echos Anne Lamott, Steve Pressfield and a lot of blog posts. Having it all in one place is a great help and the book is well organized and easy to read. You've probably heard most of this stuff, but getting it all in one place is very helpful
