Another wonderful, mystical, fantasy tale. The medieval Russian scenes, demons, spirits and sprites are a joy to read (experience). I marvel at the author's facility in describing a long gone, rarely described Slavic world.

I need to process but if I could give this book more than five stars, I would. It's beautifully written with action and complex relationships. I love this one even more than the first.
