Our sharp-shooting heroine lives in a crummy mean town in a sexist, violent desert and will soon be forced to marry her uncle. Her mysterious father, it so happens was a djinn. Her mother was executed. To escape, she disguises herself as a boy and attends a shooting contest. Mayhem ensues. Action packed and fun. (Good for 13 of 14 and up. Drinking, violence, etc.)
