Light and fun read about stress management with touches of personal memoir. The author uses some simplified explanations of how our brain works under stress, such as the “bears vs traffic” argument. I got the analogy, but sometimes traffic is not as harmless as he describes (I think he never had to drive during a snowstorm or freezing rain conditions). I had fun, it is humorous and not intended to be an in-depth guide to fight depression or anxiety.
