A review on the covers says “I read it one evening”, but I had to pace myself over a week to repeatedly see Emma be treated this way in therapy. I really appreciated the way the story overall unfolded to the reader, and the artful way she reconstructed and prepared this story is really remarkable. I’m happy she was able to eventually get treatment and transition.
