perhaps for a US person, this brochure would be something of value;
while it explains some of the terms I never understood - A, B or C rounds, bridge rounds etc - the entire thing barely relates to the US market, it is a Silicon-tale for a tiny region on our map and this kingdom's own rules.
for an outsider from Europe, those syndicates literally mean shit.
in addition to that, it is a boulevard reading - full of bravado, teenager humour and somewhat bad taste; I have read this one only because of Jason and his YT channel now, I admit I got my hands on a used book hence he might have grown out of the youth this book is riddled with.
I just wish we had better financial instruments in Poland...
