I rated this based on my experience with it as a poetry noob. I read a good bit of poetry in college and have never enjoyed it much, but I’ve been trying to stretch myself.
There were some poems in here that I appreciated even though I wasn’t sure what they were about. Other times I was so at a loss I didn’t know what to do with it. By no means am I saying this Pulitzer Prize winning work is therefore bad
