Interesting character development in this book, it was nice to see more of the gods and how Olympus works. However, I did find the beginning to be quite slow, and that makes this my least favourite book of the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series so far.
To tell you the truth, I think I wasn't paying much attention when I read this (or it might have been because I read this a few days after surgery and was too...well, not with it, to remember), because I don't have much of a recollection of the story. I remember Grover finding two new half-bloods with undetermined parentage, then Percy and crew head off across the country on another quest. I also think this was one of the weaker plotted books in the series, thus far. But still fun.
