This was beautifully told and I definitely cried a little (a lot). I didn't expect this book to be about Autism, but I'm glad that it is. I saw myself in Adora, and saw the girl I used to be, maybe even the girl I still am. I realize that I don't need to leave the worlds I've created and visited in my head behind. They don't need to die. This story made me realize I can still hold onto these worlds and escape back to them when I need to be free of the real world, even if just for a little while.
