it bothers me that the time travel event occured as a result of the occurrence of some theoretical object, because this object cannot occur naturally, and no cause is given. I would have preferred that it be due to cryofreeze accidentally staying on too long due to a computer bug, or FTL "time debt", which is a real thing based on the laws of relativity.
