A pivotal character in the French avant-gardes, Erik Satie was a key influence on twentieth century music. Included here are his "Memoirs of an Amnesiac", comic musical commentaries, the gnomic annotations to his musical scores, the publications of his private church, his absurdist play Medusa's Trap, and more.
Not much here, just fragments.
the #1 most exciting thing in this book, for me, is that it includes more of the drawings and descriptions of imaginary houses he listed in rental ads than I could ever find online.
