I am Forever Changed
5 stars
This is a beautiful, dark, deeply human and deeply other tale. A visceral exploration of fluid differences or what philosopher Timothy Morton calls hyper objects - phenomena so massive and so distributed that they are ungraspable as a single unity. The prose in this book is pure poetry, the storytelling masterful, at times intimately familiar and others quietly disturbing.
