Whilst full of very specific detail this is a very repetitive book and is maddening in that there are no maps provided. The assumption is that as you try to follow the minutiae of the action you have in your head detailed maps of each sector and can picture where these are, how they relate to one another and maintain this picture. Badly needed an overall design to it and regular diagrams of where and what was happening. Not helped either by lack of proof reading - one classic is where the Polish unit is mentioned as having fought the invading Germans in the FIRST World War!!!!!! (in 1939)
