Summer, fireworks, and my corpse

Three stories with interesting ideas but poor execution.

You will expect the twists from a mile away, and those that might take you by surprise will leave you absolutely unaffected. Characters are hard to relate to because of stilted dialogue and narrators that state the obvious way too often. Also, stay away from this if you're sensitive to gore in any way.

I understand the author was very young when he wrote this. Maybe the same ideas used with more competent style could work out better.
