Exalting war and art in harmony, the warrior-artisans of the Angels Resplendent have forged a radiant haven amidst a blighted galaxy. The Reverie review

The Reverie is the first work of Fehervari’s that I’ve read, and I enjoyed it. The book was released under the Warhammer Horror imprint, and for most of the book I could see that, although I feel that Dark Harvest by Josh Reynolds was more of a horror novel than this. By about the last third of the book it stoped feeling like a horror story and became more of a regular 40k novel, but this part was still well written and enjoyable. The characters and setting were both very intriguing. I very much want to check out his short stories on the Angels Resplendent/Penitent. On the whole it was a pretty good read, and I do intent to reread it at some point in the future.
