In some ways this is a conventional love story - except for the fact that one of the lovers is a quadriplegic and you know from the start that the story will end with his death. It was good. It was sad. I’m glad I read it, and I’ll probably read the next one eventually.
I have not been so angry at a book in a long time. There was nothing I liked/enjoyed about this book except knowing that it was going to end. There is probably a lot more I could say about it, but in the interest of not annoying people who did like it, I will just say that this was not the book for me. I think I can honestly say I don't like this domestic fiction/chick lit genre anymore.
