Review of 'Voyage au bout de la nuit' on 'Goodreads'

J'ai voulu lire ce roman sans tenir compte de la réputation sulfureuse de son auteur, parce que c'est un classique de la littérature française. Je me suis ennuyé quasiment du début à la fin. Le style était sans doute novateur voire révolutionnaire pour l'époque, mais je l'ai trouvé horriblement agaçant, tout comme les personnages, pitoyables et absolument pas attachants. Comme je l'ai lu ailleurs, j'ai eu envie plusieurs fois d'hurler au "héros" de fermer sa g* tellement il m'agaçait. Quelle déception.
