This definitely isn't something you should read unless you've completed the entire The Wire series. It's a book that assumes you've seen all of the episodes and doesn't pretend to give you even so much as a recap of what happens in the series. It's more about how the show came together and the impact the show had on the cast and crews' lives. A genuinely interesting read.
