As exciting and snappy as the first book, and thus just as compelling. Book 3 is next; but first, a break.

Nice to see this picks up where the previous installment ended, with equal parts snappy dialog, clever mechanics, and explosive action.

Beginning felt like being thrown in the deep end, but now that I'm a couple dozen pages in, I'm clued in and intrigued by this story.

A very exciting and compelling start to this series...which we'll get back to after a break.

#mastolivre #vendredilecture #SF #spaceopera
