Dragged a little in the middle, picked up and then seemed to have difficulty ending, but all in all a great end to an epic trilogy. Unremittingly bleak - if this is a fantasy world, I'm glad I'm not living in it. Although I enjoyed the book (for the most part) I can't see me ever reading it again.
