This is a really good read. Recommended for anyone interested in industrially manufactured foods. As someone working in this profession, it certainly gave me pause for thought.

Excellent and thought provoking
I guess like many people, I discovered this book because my child has been refusing to attend school and I wanted to learn about home schooling as an option for us. This book is a really interesting read and challenges many assumptions about the education system and how children learn. Highly recommended.
