Content warning Minor spoilers heavy spoilers for the inheritance cycle
Even not having reread the inheritance cycle for a year or two starting this book brought me right back into the world of Eragon. It helps that the narrator from the old books makes a return appearance. Here’s some thoughts i had while reading the book 1. I love how different Thorn feels from Saphira, and his relationship to Murtagh as well. 2. Any one else notice the resemblance between the hellgrind religion, and the dreamers? Especially when they are first revealed. 3. Christopher Paolini still knows how to tug on our heart strings. I won’t go into too much detail but i was pretty moved a few times during the book
