Please note that this is NOT "The Planet Of The Apes" and bears no real resemblance to either the Charlton Heston movies or the more recent "reboots". The book was originally titled "Monkey Planet" and only later changed to cash-in on the movies.

An intriguing tale, that poses some interesting questions although the language and style is a little odd, probably because it was originally written in French and translated.
