Review of 'She-Hulk Vol. 1' on 'Goodreads'

3 stars

I didn't enjoy this nearly as much as the original Savage She-Hulk series. Part of it is the artwork -- part of it is the storytelling. The "Single Green Female" Hulk has little depth, little emotional complexity. She's very unlike the Savage She-Hulk and the new Jennifer Walters is also quite unlike per predecessor. This seems geared toward a younger male audience. It's not bad, but it's not great, if you loved The Savage She-Hulk.
