I don't think this is Terry's best work, none of the usual characters are there and the humour feels different. There are many jokes linking to movies made by Hollywood and lots of references to things that happen in Hollywood. At first I was laughing at these, gradually as the book went on I stopped laughing. Pratchett's humour is usually so clever and can quite often make you think, not this time.

The characters weren't that interesting, exception being the Trolls, their dialogue was some proper Pratchett humour.

The ending was good though, I was wondering how things were gonna be tied up and Pratchett got it spot on.

Book could have been so much better, hopefully the next book in the series will get things back on track.
