This is now one of my all-time favorite books. Probably not in the top 5, but probably in the top 10, and definitely top 20. It's a story of how a man and a dragon learn to trust and respect each other as equals (unlike typical dragon rider books), and an amazing story of how the napoleanic war might have been fought if dragons had existed.
