This year started with a crisis, so the booktitle resonated with me very much.
The book takes you on a tour starting in darkness with all the reasons to despair to reach a broad collection of reasons for hope. I really liked the different examples throughout the ages and was very glad, that there was no toxic positivity to be found.
I‘ll read it some more times to let the hopeful concepts sink in.
