Just okay

I get where this was going and the kinds of motifs it wanted to subvert, but it just didn't land for me.

Get lost in the woods
4 stars
I really enjoyed how immersive Heller gets with describing the setting. I've visited Colorado a couple of times, and this made me want to be back there so much. The plot was a bit compressed. I don't often feel like a book should be longer, but this one could have done with a little more fleshing out towards the end.
