I'm having a hard time believing that this book has been written by J. R. Ward.
It's in my opinion everything she's not: clichéd, wrong- paced, cheesy, uninteresting, no wit.
I very much recommend skipping it and go from "The Chosen" to "The Thief".

It's been a while since I read the book but I still can't get over it. It has been my biggest Reid's disappointing.
I re-read the series to remember all the clues about Billy and Claire, because I've enjoyed reading these books, so I was looking forward to it. Also, with the previous book it was like all the pieces were ready.
But I have a hard time believing that Penny Reid would tell us this story in one conversation between Claire and Sienna.
And what exactly were the rest of the characters doing? It felt annoying and out of character.
Again, I've really enjoyed the series (soft spot for 0.5, 1, 3 and 4) so this last book doesn't make any sense to me.
