The story was OK, a little short imo. I didn't find it particularly scary or creepy and I felt like it was a bit wobbly towards the end. That said, I did like it. The artwork was pretty wonderful - all grungy and horror-esque. I loved the covers, would happily frame them on my walls! And I did like the unique take on witches/wytches, certainly no black robes here. I'll definitely be checking out out the second cycle when it eventually arrives.
