Well worth a read to get an idea of what is wrong in the world of Pharma (everything) and the struggles to make it fairer, more equitable and sustainable. From the AIDS crisis, to the COVID vaccine apartheid situation, the author takes apart the propaganda of Big Pharma and highlights the contributions mainly of Global South activists to build a drug development and sharing system that works of everybody and creates social value for humans rather than profit for capitalists.
