Started reading this last Tuesday. A lot more close to home, both spatially and temporally compared to the other solarpunk/hopepunk books I've read. Enjoying it so far but it feels less of an escape from reality than the others I've read so not what I would usually seek in fiction. I think I'll read some more books that are closer to hear and now after this one though, it's opened my mind a bit in terms of what sort of fiction I find enjoyable
