4 stars

This is a good read aloud book, with enough pictures so that there's always something to look at. The story is cute, and you can't really go wrong reading to a kid about flying cats. This is aimed at ages 4+, but 2.5-3 can work. For the younger kids, some on-the-fly editing for time and content may be necessary. There's a bit of animal violence that sensitive parents may want to skip/minimize/tweak, so a test read is a good idea.
