My first introduction to Charlie Jane Anders -- I want to read more of her now.
These stories jump across genre, tone, time, place. My favorites in the collection:
- Six Months, Three Days ~ What would dating be like if you could see the future?
- Love Might Be Too Strong A Word ~ A space ship with many rigid gender roles ... and forbidden love.
- A Temporary Embarrassment in Spacetime ~ Hilarious space adventure.
- The Bookstore at the End of America ~ America and California are at war and a bookstore straddles their border.
