This book is so much fun. I'm not sure it's much more than popcorn, but it's, like, gourmet popcorn.

Amos J. Hunt finished reading The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway
Better than I remembered, and richer in complexity. What I didn't appreciate as a high schooler was the way the perspective opens up in the end to encompass insiders and outsiders, the world interpreting the old man's work while he dreams. This is worth reading if you haven't and rereading if you didn't "get" it before.
