Enjoyable book and a compelling series. Dialogue can occasionally be a little wooden. Goodkind is a bit of a sadist to his characters but the story is very compelling.

@andrlik I really can't see all the objectivist garbage. I'm enjoying Sword of Truth #1 at this point, but I'm a bit scared to buy the rest of the books.

@jonn I wouldn't bother reading any more of them. The more I read the less I liked them, and I got rid of the copies I had.

@andrlik probably a good call. #1 was ok, but closer to the end it became mildly disturbing.
