Slightly less good in my opinion than [b:The Gathering Storm|9621759|Rising Above the Gathering Storm, Revisited Rapidly Approaching Category 5|Rising Above the Gathering Storm Committee|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1347452352s/9621759.jpg|14509017]; the end approaches, all signs point to it, but it felt lighter than the previous one in terms of plot advancing. I still enjoyed it a lot.
