As much as this book had some interesting insider perspective, I just had to give up. I only made it through about half of the David Cameron Era. In my opinion this book should have been called "Needless to say, I had the last laugh". The author comes across incredibly unlikable and stuffy to my mind. I am struggling to think of someone coming across so badly in their own words. I must admit this took me by surprise as I have heard Sir Graham interviewed a few times and he always came across as reasonable. I didn't necessarily agree with what he was saying, but he was at least able to make sensible cases for it. This book..not so much.
