If you are interested in how to live a happier life or feel like you are not dealing with situations the best way, this is the book for you.

I'd think, that I'm generally a very happy person. Some say even too optimistic, but there was still a lot to get from this book. I was interested in what I was doing right or if I was just being happy despite some bad habits and of course it's not that simple.

In showing how to do it wrong, this book reveals in a fun and intriguing way, why some behavior is so destructive to our lifes. It also points to how society got us there and why it is so hard to change those things.

If you are even a bit interested in how some behavioral quirks make life so hard, this is the book you should read.
