A beautiful not a love story by chetan bhagat. Chetan says he himself got tired by love stoires This is a story of exIITians keshav and saurabh finding culprits behind death of keshav's girlfriend Zara. Almost a thriller love story. I have clicked many bit.ly links but this time i was prompted to check how it works and make my own bit.ly link. One terrorist who was brother of zara suicided and recorded all the suicide note and suiciding video and shared it using a bit.ly link. A modern suicide attempt.. Overall the novel was good to read once

Review of diary of a wimpy kid

Its narrated by this middle-school aged kid in the form of a diary, with sketches and doodles included on every page, and basically follows his days from the begining of the school year to the end. He is a bit of a loser, and trys to create a better image for himself through attempts at being class treasurer, a cartoonist for the school paper, a saftey patrol member.... In this book at least Greg is not trying to be a role model by any means, actually he's a bad example. Just living as a mostly selfish middle school kid who doesn't learn from his experience nor offer any direct valuable lessons to his readers... It shows some aspects of the mentalities that kids in this age may have in a fun simple way that the little ones (and also me) can relate to easily, so it can grab them into …

Apart from that, it's interesting to see middle school life in a different culture/country though it's just a fiction book that may not intend to represent reality. The book's design is friendly for a learner which made it easy to continue, and the sketches looked very nice.
biblo_czar reviewed Veronika Decides to Die by Paulo Coelho
Coelho made me think asylum is the best place to stay
5 stars
After reading the Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, I decided that it was time to read another of his works.
This book was about Veronika and how she had decided to die, and attempted suicide. She awakens from her attempt to realize that the attempt was not successful, but that she had cause damage to her heart with the medication that she had tried to overdose on and that she would die within days. ”An awareness of death encourages us to live more intensely." It talks about death and life and the meaning of them, madness and insanity and why would we actually say that someone is “mad”. It just blows your mind. I really loved the main idea/plot of the book and the message it tried to send. I also liked How it takes place in a mental institution
