Not as bad as the previous one, that contains the first part of this story that ends in this one. A little more "police business" and a bit less ridiculous actions (but still).

Unfortunately, the story doesn't end with this book...

Frankly, the story is mostly ridiculous... Don't want to spoil, so won't tell anything here, but too much is much too much... And there's a 2nd book (#22) to get to the end of this mess... Hope it's better...

IMHO, the best in the series (so far)

It's mostly about one character, but there's also more info after what happened in the previous one (#7)...
