itis quite interesting and practical for those of us considering 'valuation' of everything we ought to own. lots of it is a repetition though, the editors could shorten it up a bit, the essential parts wouldn't be affected anyway.
On top of that, I feel like rereading his other book, lots of parts are overlapping thus I wouldn't recommend buying those two together - pretty similar thoughts with countless repetitions over and over.
