Short and sweet, this book is full of prime examples and valuable conversation pieces that will lead you to a healthier church if put into practice. I appreciated the emphasis on not moving straight to discipline if your church is not prepared for it, but rather leading the congregation to see the need for it which would then lead into a desire for it.
